How to Order

In order to avoid misunderstanding, please kindly make sure you read the following before making a purchase. Thank you for your cooperation.

To Order

For buyers based in Singapore, please

(1) leave a comment under the card entry you are interested in or

(2) email me at shop4ashcards@gmail.com I will try to reply as soon as possible.

For international buyers (outside of Singapore), please email me at the address above, let me know which card you want, and I will post the card on Etsy so that you can purchase it from there and make a credit card payment.

Postage and Delivery

♥♥FREE LOCAL POSTAGE ON ALL CARD ORDERS WITHIN SINGAPORE♥♥ (Excludes registered mail)
This means I don’t charge you for the postage fee incurred when sending out the item to you.

For International orders via Etsy, postage will start from USD 1.00 onwards, depending on the area you are in.

Relevant delivery points:

-The cards are wrapped in a clear plastic cello sleeve and thus do not run the risk of getting wet.

- Flowers and butterflies on the cards are protected by the cello sleeve  and will not be crushed or damaged according to my experience. (Til date I’ve never had any complaints of damaged flowers)

- Some cards have animal designs that spot “movable eyes”. These eyes may or may not be dented depending on the postman’s handling. If you are worried and need a bubble wrap, an additional SGD 0.20 is chargeable.

Leadtime

Note that if the card is in stock and if you provide me with your home address immediately after you make payment, I will post the card out the next morning. But just in case, please prepare for some delivery time and make your purchase at least 3 days before the day you need the card (for ready cards) and at least 5 days before for cards which need to be customised.

(Sorry I hold a full time job so my card making time is limited to nights and weekends)

Price

All materials are 100% acid and lignin free so they are slightly more expensive than normal papers. Please do not try to bargain for individual items because these are already at a very reasonable price compared to others on the market. Besides, being hand-made, they are unique and I don’t do more than 1 card per design unless requested. Thank you for your understanding.

Should you purchase 5 cards in 1 single order, you can get the 5th card FOC. (The card with the lowest price will be the FOC one)  So do check out more items, you may find something else you like ~

Payment

For Singapore local buyers, you may use bank transfer. My bank account is POSB SAVINGS. (Bank acct details can be shared later via email)
